Refund policy

At Passy, we do our utmost to deliver football boots of the highest quality that meet your expectations for comfort, durability, and performance. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your needs. That’s why we want to make the return process as simple as possible.

We apply a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The shoes must be in their original condition: undamaged, with all tags, and in the original packaging.

 

Requesting a return

To start a return, log in to your customer account via https://account.passysports.com and simply submit a return request for the products you wish to send back.

Return shipment

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label from us along with clear instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Returns without an approved return request will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

If you use our return label, the return shipping costs will automatically be deducted from your refund once we have received the item in proper condition.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

 

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or model? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return has been approved. This way, you can be sure that the desired item will be available on time.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten working days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@passysports.com.

 

Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days in the EU

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
