Submit a return request

  • 1. Log in to your account:

    • Enter your email address and click "Continue."
    • Open the email we sent you and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.

  • 2. Click "Request a return" for the order you wish to return.

  • 3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.

  • 4. Choose a return reason and add a comment for us if needed.

  • 5. Click "Request a return".

We aim to review your return request within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive clear shipping instructions by email and, if applicable, a return label.

The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. If you use our return label, these costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, usually within ten working days.
