Shipping locations
We ship worldwide. Orders can be placed and delivered to almost all countries. If you are unsure whether your location is supported, please contact us at info@passysports.com to discuss the possibilities.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders.
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €75.00, otherwise a shipping fee of €5.95 applies.
- International: Orders are only accepted with a minimum order value of €80.00, with no shipping costs.

Processing time and delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-5 business days, while for other European countries, it is 3-7 business days. In case of delays, you will receive an update via email.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
Lost or damaged packages
- If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@passysports.com.
- Check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue so that we can provide a quick solution.
