What does the 1 Season Play Guarantee entail?
At Passy, we stitch the sole to the shoe to ensure it's securely attached. This addresses the biggest cause of broken football boots: a loose sole.
If the sole does come loose within one season, we'll replace your shoes free of charge.
Please send an email to info@passysports.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
After assessment you will receive a new pair for free.
