Submit a return request

Want to return an item? Click on the profile icon of the store menu or go directly to the return page via https://account.passysports.com. Then, follow the steps below to easily submit a return request:

1. Log in to your account:

a. Enter your email address and click "Continue."

b. Open the email we sent you and copy the six-digit verification code.

c. Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.

2. Click "Request a return" for the order you wish to return.

3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.

4. Choose a return reason and add a comment for us if needed.

5. Click "Request a return. 

 

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return label. The return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
