Want to return an item? Follow the steps below to easily submit a return request:

  • 1. Log in to your account:

    • Enter your email address and then click 'Continue'.
    • Open the email you received from us and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.

  • 2. Click on 'Request return' for the order for which you want to submit the request.

  • 3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

  • 4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for us.

  • 5. Click on 'Request return'.

We aim to review your return request within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive clear shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return label by email.

You'll be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. If you use our return label, these costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible, usually within ten working days.
